Can I check in early?: We don’t usually offer early check in, however, it may be possible depending on availabilities. Please contact the hotel for details.

What should I do if I am going to be late for check-in?: Please contact us only if your check-in time will be after midnight. If you are arriving before midnight, there is no need to inform us of any changes to your scheduled arrival time. However, please be aware that if you do not contact us and arrive after midnight, your reservation may be considered a no-show and could be canceled.

Can I Check In after midnight?: Yes, you can check in after midnight.
Please inform us of your desired check in time prior to yourarrival.
Also, you need to use a interphone to contact us because the door is closed for the security after midnight.

Can I do late check out?: Late check out is available until 1pm for 2,000 yen per 1 hour, depending on your reservation and room availability.

After midnight, the door is closed for the security.

However, if one minor (aged 16 to under 18) or a group of minors are staying, we kindly request that a "Consent Form" be submitted by the "guardian." This form is required for all guests. Can I cancel my reservation?: Yes, you can. In accordance with our hotel's accommodation terms and conditions, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the basic room rate as follows: 20% for cancellations made the day before, 80% for same-day cancellations, and 100% for no-shows. Will children be charged?: Children under the age of 6 who do not require an additional bed will not be charged. Children over the age of 6 will be charged as an adult.
